Nimbus Fish Hatchery Guided Tours

Overview

Guided tours at Nimbus Fish Hatchery are free, educational opportunities for school and community groups to dive into the science of Chinook salmon and steelhead trout!

Tours are typically 90 minutes long and offered in the morning and afternoon. They are open to any grade level, with priority to Title 1 and other public schools. Opportunities to view wildlife and the American River can be found at the on-site nature trail along the trail adjacent to the Nimbus Fish Hatchery.
